I'm really looking forward to presenting a new talk that I've been thinking about for years, Visual Business Planning! I've been using this method and it's derivatives in goal setting, annual reviews and other applications for a while now, and this is the first time presenting it.
I'm in the process of working out the kinks on Whova, which seems like a really great online conference app, so many ways to interact and connect with colleagues and the folks who will be attending my presentation.
